- User opens their GLOCMS Mobile App/Personalised App
- If the user is signed in, they need to sign out.
- On the sign in screen, the user should click on Forgot Your Password
- User then types in their GLO-ID or Email Address
- User then selects the Send Code button
- User then waits to receive an SMS/Email with the confirmation code
- User then enters the confirmation code into the Confirmation Code field and enters a new password
- User then clicks the Submit button
The user will now be able to sign into the app with their new password.
