1. User opens their GLOCMS Mobile App/Personalised App
  2. If the user is signed in, they need to sign out.
  3. On the sign in screen, the user should click on Forgot Your Password 
  4. User then types in their GLO-ID or Email Address
  5. User then selects the Send Code button
  6. User then waits to receive an SMS/Email with the confirmation code
  7. User then enters the confirmation code into the Confirmation Code field and enters a new password
  8. User then clicks the Submit button


The user will now be able to sign into the app with their new password.
