1. Open the GLO CMS Mobile App/Personalised App

  2. On the sign in screen select the Forgot Your Password text
  3. Type in your GLO-ID or Email Address and click on the Submit button
  4. You will be directed to the Confirm New Password page

  5. The confirmation code will be sent to you via SMS
     Please note your GLO-ID is also visible in the SMS as reference

  6. Enter the confirmation code into the Confirmation Code field and enter a new password
    NOTE: Password must be at least 8 characters long. Password requires at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter and one number. 

  7. Then click on the Submit button

You’ll be directed to the Sign In screen where you can now sign into the app with your new password
